1. Right of withdrawal (5 business days)
As the membership is contracted remotely, you have a right of withdrawal under article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute).
You have five (5) business days from payment to withdraw, without justifying your decision and without penalty.
This right is yours by law: no term on this site can take it away.
2. How to exercise it
Write to legal@supremacyclub.com from the address you signed up with, within five (5) business days of payment, stating that you wish to withdraw.
On receiving your request we suspend your access and proceed with the refund.
3. How we refund
We refund by the same means you paid, within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.
If you paid in USDT, the refund is made in USDT on the BEP20 network, to the same wallet you paid from. Only network fees are deducted — they are unavoidable and are not charged by us.
If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same card.
4. After the withdrawal period
After five (5) business days we do not refund the current cycle, but you may cancel at any time to avoid being charged again. Access remains until the end of the cycle you paid for.
5. Payment reversal
If the product was not delivered, does not match what was contracted, or there was an unauthorised charge, you may request a payment reversal under article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011.
