1. Who we are
POR DEFINIR — razón social, tax ID POR DEFINIR — NIT, domiciled at POR DEFINIR — dirección, Barranquilla, Colombia, operates the site supremacyclub.com and the Supremacy membership club.

2. What the membership is
Supremacy is a private growth club built on three pillars: mindset, wealth and health. The membership grants access to content, habit-tracking tools, training, community, events and the benefits we announce from time to time.
The membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your credentials or assign your access to third parties.
The catalogue of benefits may change over time. We commit to the overall value of the membership, not to each individual item indefinitely.
3. Account
You must be of legal age and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
False information or misuse of the account may lead to suspension or cancellation.
4. Price and payment
The membership costs 200 USD per cycle. The standard cycle is four (4) months.
If a member keeps 1,000 USD or more invested through Supremacy strategies, the cycle becomes annual: the same 200 USD, charged once a year. The benefit activates on reaching the threshold and is kept while the membership remains active.
We accept USDT on the BEP20 network (BNB Smart Chain) and, once enabled, card payment. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
5. Renewal and expiry
Access runs until the end date of the cycle you paid for, visible at any time in your account Settings.
Crypto payments do NOT renew automatically: by the nature of the technology, nobody can debit your wallet without your action. To keep access you must pay again before expiry. We will remind you in advance.
If card payment is enabled and you choose it, the subscription does renew automatically until you cancel.
If a cycle expires unpaid, access is suspended. Your data and progress are preserved in case you return.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, with no penalty. Cancelling prevents future charges; access remains until the end of the cycle already paid.
Withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Nature of the content
Supremacy is NOT a financial adviser, broker or entity supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendence. We do not manage, hold or receive members' money for investment.
Nothing we publish is personalised investment advice, nor medical or psychological advice. Read the Disclaimer: it forms part of these terms.
8. Community conduct
The club rests on respect. Harassment, discrimination, spam, unauthorised promotion, and disclosing outside the circle what members share in private are not tolerated.
Breaches may lead to immediate suspension, with no refund of the current cycle.
9. Member listings (Marketplace)
The marketplace is a NOTICE BOARD: members post the services they offer and contact each other directly.
Supremacy IS NOT A PARTY to those transactions. We take no commission, do not intermediate, do not vet advertisers and ARE NOT LIABLE for the quality, delivery, payment or any breach of a service or product agreed between two members.
Any agreement, payment or dispute happens solely between the parties. Check who you are dealing with before paying.
We may remove a listing we consider fraudulent, misleading or contrary to these terms, but we are not obliged to review or moderate them proactively.
10. Intellectual property
Supremacy content, trademarks, materials and methodologies belong to us or our licensors. Your membership lets you use them for your personal development — not copy, resell or redistribute them.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice. If you disagree, you may cancel.
We may suspend or terminate the service, or the membership of anyone who breaches these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Barranquilla, Colombia, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by law.
